Cancellation Policy

Consultant Booking Policy As part of the services offered, Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd provides Clients with access to a network of trusted specialist consultants. To ensure transparency and smooth coordination, the following policy applies: 1. Booking Process Clients will be referred to relevant consultants based on their specific project needs. Consultant appointments are to be booked directly by the Client, following the introduction provided by Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd. Availability and scheduling of consultants are subject to the consultant’s own booking policies and timeframes. 2. Consultant Fees All consultancy services are provided by third-party professionals who operate independently of Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd. The fees charged by these consultants are separate from any fees paid to Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd and will be quoted directly by the consultant. Payment for consultancy services is made directly between the Client and the consultant. 3. Referral Commission Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd may receive a referral commission or fee from the consultant as part of the introduction arrangement. This commission is paid by the consultant and does not result in any additional cost to the Client. 4. Client Responsibility It is the Client’s responsibility to review the consultant’s terms of service, fee structure, and scope of work before proceeding. Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd makes no guarantees regarding the services provided by any third-party consultant and recommends the Client conducts their own due diligence before engaging any consultant. 5. Liability Disclaimer Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd acts solely as a referrer and is not responsible for the performance, advice, or outcomes resulting from any consultant engagement. The Client acknowledges and agrees that all consultancy services are provided independently, and Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd holds no liability for any agreements or transactions made between the Client and the consultant.
