Cancellation Policy

As part of the mentorship program, Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd offers the Mentee access to 15-minute phone calls for brief check-ins, clarifications, or guidance. The following conditions apply: Booking & Availability: All 15-minute calls must be scheduled in advance via the designated booking system or as otherwise instructed. Calls are subject to availability and may require at least [72+ hours] notice. Purpose & Scope: These calls are intended for quick questions, updates, or clarification of topics previously discussed during the mentorship. They are not designed for in-depth consultations or extended strategy sessions. For more detailed discussions, the Mentee may be required to schedule a longer, billable session. Duration & Punctuality: Each call is strictly limited to 15 minutes. It is the Mentee’s responsibility to be punctual. Late arrivals may result in reduced call time, and unused time cannot be rolled over or accumulated. Cancellations & No-Shows: If the Mentee needs to cancel or reschedule a call, at least [12/24 hours] notice must be provided. Failure to attend a scheduled call without notice may result in forfeiture of that session at the discretion of Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd. Limitations: Lunosa Property Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to limit the frequency of these calls to ensure fair access and avoid misuse.
